Is It Safe To Go To The Dentist During The Covid 19 Pandemic

Covid 19 Safety at Brampton Dental Office

Covid 19

Since the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have experienced major changes in practically everything we do. Health and safety is an important topic when it comes to the medical and dental industry. As Brampton dentists, we have implemented several safety measures and practices in order to provide our patients and our dental team with the safest possible dental care.

For Brampton patients wondering if it’s safe to go to the dentist during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the short answer is yes. While several things have changed at our office, our commitment to your beautiful smile, oral health and general safety still remain as our top priority.

We follow the strict guidelines provided by the Canadian Dental Association (CDA), the Royal College of Dental Surgeons and the Ministry of Health to ensure the highest standards of sterilization and infection control and to provide a safe experience for everyone that steps into our office.

With the additional steps taken and the COVID-19 infection control recommendations, our Brampton dental office is committed to take every measure possible for your protection.

During your next visit, you may experience several changes:

  • Before your visit, you will be asked several Covid 19 screening questions. You will be asked to consent to your and sign a form when visiting the office to confirm your health.
  • A mask will be required for every visit. Your temperature will be taken and hand sanitizer will be provided.
  • Physical distancing will be practiced. All adult patients will be required to make their dental visit alone unless otherwise instructed.
  • Our team will be wearing personal protective equipment including masks, face shields and gowns.

We have taken several safety measures to ensure a safe and comfortable visit. Our patients are our first priority and we look forward to your visit. If you should have any further questions or concerns, our team of dental professionals are just a phone call away.
